Delegates come together to simulate a session in a committee of the United Nations. The sessions have a set topic. Each delegate represents a nation’s government and negotiates on the issue as if he or she were in fact that government.

Facilitate the debate. They call on speakers, time speeches, and maintain the rules of procedure. If the conference gives awards, they will also evaluate your performance.

A non-delegate participant, but they can obtain MUN experience and learn how MUN conference is being conducted in general.

FairMUN candidates must wear appropriate clothing throughout the time period of the event (ie. formal clothing, knee-length dresses/skirts)​​

FairMUN candidates are not permitted to leave their respective councils during committee session time unless excused.

DISCLAIMER

All delegates must remain diplomatic towards their country and council. Failure to adhere to this rule would result in the removal of delegate from this conference.

FairMUN reserves the right to reject any application submitted.

FairMUN reserves the right to ask any candidate to leave FairMUN if the aforementioned candidate’s actions infringe upon FairMUN rules and regulations.

FairMUN reserves the right to withhold any payments made by the candidates if they do not follow FairMUN’s terms and conditions.

FairMUN candidates give the secretariats full rights to use any pictures or videos taken during the event for marketing purposes.

FairMUN will not be liable for any injury caused during the event.

FairMUN secretariat members reserve the right to remove any candidate from councils or conferences if the candidate is an inconvenience to other candidates.
